You and your guests will enjoy uninterrupted access to the entire Weller House property.  

Our flat rate pricing makes it easy to plan. $8,500 (April-October)/$7,000 (November-March) gives you the house and the grounds for 3 days and 3 nights and is all inclusive of all taxes, cleaning, and day-of onsite management fees. Rental includes the entire 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom house, the four units in the water tower, the 900 square foot ballroom, the kitchen, and full access to the gardens and decks.  This includes lodging for up to 25 guests and up to 75 guests on the day of the event.

Our events manager will be there to ensure that any issues that arise can be addressed right away, and can assist you, your wedding planner and your vendors, to make sure everything is perfect.
